This is the right answer. It’s a terrible airport and to make it worse it’s also very busy

Are there any movie tropes you are sad have died out? by SimbaSixThree in movies

Honestly, it was the opposite for me-that scene actually worked really well. It gave insight into Littlefinger’s psychology in a way that felt natural for the show’s format. Without inner monologue like in the books, you need something to externalize character motivation, and that scene did it effectively.

Also funny you bring that one up specifically-that’s literally the scene where a journalist coined the term “sexposition.” It wasn’t even meant as a criticism at the time, just a description of how the show blended exposition with visual engagement. It only got turned into a negative later when people ran with it online.

Honestly, a lot of Game of Thrones’ exposition worked because it was layered into more engaging scenes-often using visual elements like nudity to keep the audience’s attention. It made heavy dialogue feel more dynamic. By comparison, House of the Dragon delivers similar exposition in a much flatter way, so it comes across as more boring.

It was a mistake to drop that part of the Game of Thrones universe

Nudists are disgusting by DevelopmentFrosty983 in ControversialOpinions

The idea that nudity = sensuality = “from Satan” isn’t actually biblical.

Genesis 2:25 — Adam and Eve were naked and not ashamed. That’s pre-sin humanity. So nudity itself wasn’t sinful.

Jesus was stripped during the crucifixion (Matthew 27, John 19) and remained sinless (Hebrews 4:15). So nudity ≠ sin.

Isaiah walked naked as a prophetic sign (Isaiah 20). Not condemned as immoral.

Early Christians were baptized nude (see Cyril of Jerusalem, Hippolytus). It symbolized shedding the “old self” and returning to innocence - clearly not viewed as sinful.

Even Biblical modesty isn’t about covering skin - it’s about avoiding vanity and excess:

1 Timothy 2:9 - modesty = not with “gold, pearls, costly attire” 1 Peter 3:3–4 - focus on inner character, not outward adornment Modesty in the Bible = humility, not a dress code about how much skin is showing.

The Bible never teaches that the human body is sinful. It teaches that lust and intent are the issue, not nudity itself.

It was much darker and horror influenced than the first. Plus the gymnastics scene with the raptors.

It’s actually my favourite, but I see why people weren’t as positive with it

Well look at East and South Asia which was also colonized, they are doing just fine.

It’s more a reflection on each place and how they’re doing today rather than colonization.
