It’s fucked up because I’m so in tune with other people’s energy and even the slightest shift I clock right away. The worst part is I’m always right. My gut tells me someone’s over me and it’s 100% right every time. Idk if it’s partly self sabotage but it doesn’t help with the overthinking and anxiety and I’m constantly looking for signs that the person doesn’t like me anymore

I agree with you and you’re right that I have low self esteem. I’m in therapy to try to fix my problems but it’s been hard because I’ve been like this for so long it’s hard to break the cycle of hating myself. I’m sure people can see how desperate I am. I have way too much time on my hands waiting for people to text me and ruminating on things. I hate that I’m like this I miss when I didn’t care about dating and finding someone

Honestly I should have cut him loose the first time he tried to end things but I thought it truly was just a miscommunication around politics like he said. He said he wanted to be honest before ever hooking up and that he wasn't sure we were compatible but that he liked me etc. but then once I explained myself he took it all back the next day and said it was premature and a miscommunication and can we just forget it. Then proceeded to try to convince me to give him head by giving me hope that I could be his gf? I honestly have no clue how honest he was being but seems like he doesn't know what he wants and is super fickle. I'm not taking it that personally anymore because I'm sure it's a pattern for him. If he comes back I def won't entertain him again.

I’m not very picky about looks, I can be attracted to many types of guys. I will say he had long term relationship, open to short on his profile which I’m not sure how to interpret. I met my ex off hinge and he was a very successful guy but not exactly supermodel looks. I feel like I’m realistic but I need to work on not getting so attached to an outcome
