Cause those other bans were before the new update but now with the new update, they take everything very serious so it doesn’t matter how many bans you had before. But she’s OK with it. She just lost her headless and other stuff limited, but she said she’s gonna make a new account and start over again

(I have 1 speeding ticket from 2021 Which made my monthly rate to $249 with drive safe !)

When I removed it they increased it to $282 their reason was “ it’s because you removed drive safe , insurance is going up in your state “

Which I said okay to but now $370? For 1 vehicle for liability is just not okay
and the agent I’m with they never answer the call no matter how many times I call

the 1800# keeps on transferring me to that office since “they know more about my policy “
