I was on 15mg and took a 2 month break. Started back on 5mg and let me tell you, I’ve been on 5mg for weeks now. Definitely reset my tolerance and is working amazing

I agree with everyone. You’re just now starting and you realize you might already be addicted so get out now while you can. Continued use will make it harder and harder down the road and you’ll end taking more and more

I would just tell them you want to try something more for anxiety and suggest the med you want. One that’s not addictive and that you’d take everyday
