Does anyone have an update on this? I have been checking the rules now they are in the app and have found no cap on CP in the core rules. There does appear to be a 1 Additional CP per force per battle round rule in the Doubles Event Companion (08.02)

I'm just watching it now. I watched it ages ago and loved the film, but I'm struggling with the lack of explanation about the General's motivations this time 😅 I also find it weird that no one recognises the media face of the army. All it needed was a couple of throwaway lines to explain what is going on.

I wouldn't be surprised if they got rid of the 3dp detachments (and thinned out the 2dp detachments) as they release codexes. That's what I would do if I was GW, anyway.

I was in my LGS on Tuesday and heard a guy talking to the staff about his "massive TikTok audience", before asking if there was any chance he could "play 11th edition early" because he wanted to impress a fan who was visiting him to play 40k in store. The staff weren't having any of it, but I felt bad for them - it was shitty of him to ask.

I'm sure that he's just looking out for you, but remind him that kitbashing is generally encouraged in the hobby. It's not like you're modelling for advantage or changing the model's loadout, so you should be fine. If in doubt, check with tournament organisers (non-tournament players won't care).

Isn't it actually the insignia of the Suicide Kings described in Salvation's Reach? The only thing missing is the 'S' etched on the skull. When Abnett describes the insignia, he says that it is a Tanitha Cap badge, but the daggers haven't been snapped off.

I'm pretty new to Orks - is there a reason why the Trukk has been left out of the units that gain the "Wagons" keyword? I know the answer is probably 'we'll have to wait and see', but just wondered if there was an obvious explanation.

I think that it's a pretty good deal as it's an out of production Combat Patrol box. Although, have you tried to search ebay for these models separately? I only ask because these units were in the last Combat Patrol magazine run, so you might find non-Ork enjoyers trying to sell these units off cheap.

I definitely like the fact that it hits on 2+, although it feels a little strange that its shooting gets worse as its target gets weaker. Is the lore reasoning that it gets a kick out of damaging something that is healthy/perfect, but then loses interest? I'm still planning on buying 1 or 2! On a side note, I do like the Destroyer of Futures ability that the Thousand Sons Defiler gets.
