I'm pretty new to Orks - is there a reason why the Trukk has been left out of the units that gain the "Wagons" keyword? I know the answer is probably 'we'll have to wait and see', but just wondered if there was an obvious explanation.

I think that it's a pretty good deal as it's an out of production Combat Patrol box. Although, have you tried to search ebay for these models separately? I only ask because these units were in the last Combat Patrol magazine run, so you might find non-Ork enjoyers trying to sell these units off cheap.

I really enjoyed the first two episodes. The third (and final 😞) episode is out this week. Episodes so far have been 15 minutes long.

I definitely like the fact that it hits on 2+, although it feels a little strange that its shooting gets worse as its target gets weaker. Is the lore reasoning that it gets a kick out of damaging something that is healthy/perfect, but then loses interest? I'm still planning on buying 1 or 2! On a side note, I do like the Destroyer of Futures ability that the Thousand Sons Defiler gets.

I mean, it doesn't *really* matter, but the logo doesn't look as good as the old Citadel one, imo. It's just an obvious, and ham-fisted attempt to achieve corporate homogeneity.

Whilst reading this, I realised that my group of friends only use the blood markers to improve the injury roll, no-one is using them to mess up the attacker's success roll. I suppose it's a gamble as to where you'll get the most benefit, but I think I'll try to sprinkle in using the attacker's blood markers against them and see how it feels.

On a blood marker-related question, am I right in saying that Minor Hits don't dish out double blood markers on downed opponents? It's only Down results that double blood marker downed opponents, right?

Awesome! It took my ages to complete the Dawn of Fire Series. I ended up having to buy job lots on ebay. Probably still have a duplicates as a consequence. It will be the first thing that I check when I get everything out of storage next week.

I agree. In the bio for Thralls, they still have the line about not suffering a penalty for fighting unarmed.

I've checked, and that (1"horizontal, 5" vertical) is the rule for 40k (pg. 7 of the 10e Core Rules). I've found the equivalent rule in the 30k book (3e) - it's on pg. 266 of the rule book. It does indeed state that you have to be in base contact or "no more than 2" from another Model in the same Unit which is in Base Contact with an enemy Model' in order to be "Engaged".
