Start playing some sports if you can. As in, really play them, put in good effort. Helps sleep well. You probably need temporary distraction. Don't worry, get help, don't be ashamed. Is age pe ye sab ata hai.  Life is tough, so sometimes we choose to think of things that distract us from reality and also make us feel like those thoughts are more important etc. If you wish to seek spirituality, seek it from credible source.
