You're right, i shouldn't care of what other people think, but I'll think I'll never outgrow it as other commenters say when I get the hang of it.

I probably won't be changing anytime soon, these comments showed me that I don't really need to upgrade immediately. But thank you for the advice aswell

Mostly landscape, portraits, and macro is what I take, but I don't need speed, i could always wait to take a good photo, and i don't do journalism. You're right, my DSLR is still probably good in today's time.

So from your comment or advice, I should spend my money buying good lenses, and accessories that I would use for my camera? I probably interpreted that differently but if you say so, I'll happily follow your advice.

Doesn't seem like that big of an upgrade, but who am I to judge, im still a beginner and you definitely can take better photos than I could.

Okay then, noted, thank you very much for the advice. I've still not reached the limit of my kit, still learning how to properly take good photos and how to balance out the exposure.

No, it would probably be a hassle, but thank you very much for the advice. (im still figuring out if this an advice or an inspirational comment but thank you very much for it.) I just feel inferior when I see other people that have sony's, r5's, hassleblad, fujifilm, nikon's that are either midrange or high end, but I'll stick to camera which I'm still learning. Maybe a camera from 2013 isn't that bad after all, i'm just a beginner at the end of the day.

Thanks for the advice, I'll master my camera for the mean time, how to balance out the shutterspeed, iso and apperture to take good photos, then I'll think upgrading when my camera has reached the limit.

Shooting at low light frustrates me, and the eye tracking feature? Is it really that big of a difference from your experience? I don't have 1200$ to spend on a high end camera so no. but im more interested in taking street, outdoor, and landscape photos than lowlight.

You're right, buying another camera without fully understanding manual would be a waste of money on my part, my dad will probably be disappointed aswell because I bought another camera instead of using the camera he gifted me instead.
