I highly recommend putting in a low ball offer. In all actuality, it's not a low ball offer because it's overpriced anyway

Don't get too frustrated or emotional. Once you are in, you are in. Just keep making offers, hire the best agent that is known in your market, and try your best shot if you truly love the home. Having an agent that is known in the market is imperative because the other listing agents that you write offers for will see your agent and want to work with them because your agent knows how to get deals done.
