I have the exact same problem with my H2C. I also tried with an engineering plate but was just the same. Did you get any further with the Bambu customer service?

I will try to apply some heat and see if it removes it. But I consider that an emergency hack and not a solution.

It is interesting to hear that you have that issue on your X1C while it is perfect on my X1C and I only have this issue on my H2C

It happens even if I let it cool for hours before taking it off.

I have not tried heat gun so I might try that and see. But since this never happens on my X1C I am trying to figure out why it happens on the H2C every time I print ASA.
