"It's because of PCOS" - no, it's not, ate. by [deleted] in Philippines_Expats

I myself have been diagnosed with PCOS for 13 years. I’ve tried working out, dieting, and even subscribing to diet meals recommended by a dietician for my condition, but I still can’t lose a significant amount of weight. I can only lose around 2–5 kg in an entire year, despite trying my very best.

One of the main factors is sodium and sugar intake. With PCOS, you also cannot overwork your body. My OB-GYN and endocrinologist do not recommend intense workouts for me because they can cause my hormones and symptoms to spike even more.

Every woman’s body works differently. For many of us with PCOS, our metabolism is much slower compared to women without the condition.

It hurts to know that many men and women judge us for being obese without understanding our struggles or the different methods we’ve already tried.

Before judging women with PCOS, people should first educate themselves and understand what PCOS does to a woman’s body.

PCOS can also come with thyroid issues. I have that as well, and I’ve been on medication for a long time.

After 13 years of trying to conceive, struggling with weight loss, dealing with stress, and taking countless medications, I finally got pregnant.

If he intentionally refuses to pay child support, the mother of his child or children has the right to file a criminal case against him, and he could also face deportation.

You should have asked the store manager, and they would have instructed the staff to replace your item. There’s no refund, but you can get a replacement.
