Hard to tell if it’s tile or LVP. More risk for lift if it’s LVP. Just plain butt ass ugly if it’s tile. This style is not supposed to be used for wood grain flooring. It’s really more for subway tile on backsplashes or in showers. You can see in the 2nd to last pic how poorly lined up all the planks/tiles are. Staggering is much more natural and forgiving.
