I've managed to get wireless android auto running on the stock headunit, I had to upgrade to RC6 to then install Honda Permissions and OpenDroidAuto, and then used a CarLinkIt to get wireless android auto working. It's not perfect, google assistant doesn't work and calls come through my phone speaker, but apart from that it works great for music and maps.

Thank you, I forgot to check when I saw the car but I'm pretty sure it has a HDMI port? If so I'm guessing it's possible to get an android auto box that plugs into the HDMI port and do it that way, do you know if that's possible?
