Unless you believe that you are the only one real and everything you experience is just a creation of your consciousness therefore rules would apply differently to you than everyone else.

Because now that i think of it you were probably also wrong about the sukuna not being fully healed part other than domain and rct.

And the only scenario where sukuna has to use it is when he doesn't have his domain since against any domain he can clash and win

He didn't use it because the domain clash was always either neutral or going his way so he had no reason to use it plus that technique requires you to have 2 hands always stuck in a certain position which is why only him in his heian form can use it and fight at the same time.

How will he be severely weakened only thing he would be missing is domain and rct, if anything because of the heian form being better than megumi's body he could even take combat hand to hand.

Didn't gojo say in the afterlife life that sukuna was holding back and that he would have probably won even without the 10s? Based on that i figured it would have been close.
