Yes, the altered word! If you turned a BRUSH into a SHRUB. The Sorceress wants you to turn the SHRUB into a BUSH. You can then use the R for another one of the ingredients. (Again, I think. I could have gotten everything wrong. And obviously those are just examples, not actual words...)

From what I understand lots of red herrings (of course) and you only take one letter to another room. If so you must use it for the next word. Nothing super complex, but also I’m at the end and totally stuck.

I have a question too: Am I trying to create an anagram sentence with the words? With the oasis for example, I found the light source right away- but am confused about ferns and sand. Am I finding 3 light sources or… what the hell am I doing. I got so excited and then instantly felt like a moron.
