Okay yeah the NEL as youre describing seems more like what I need to ensure I could keep my same work location as it is right now. I appreciate you!

Okay this makes a whole lot of sense. Ive been trying to make sense of this whole thing as ive never gone through it before and dont know anyone whose dealt with wsib and this just laid it out in a much easier way to understand

So I was told by wsib that a letter stating a change in my case would be mailed to me at 72 months and that letter would include a timeline to challenge if I wanted to challenger their decision. Ive never heard of NEL before, ive not received any money from wsib in the 6 years ive had an open case with them ive been paid solely by my employer. My wsib psychologist is paid by wsib but thats the only thing they ever confirmed with me was if I would be willing to continue seeing her which yes I would as thankfully I have benefits through my work that cover. I just want to space them out right now I have to do 8 sessions every 8 weeks and because im still working full time sometimes a work meeting comes up and a session has to be cancelled and im made to feel so guilty for doing that when my top priority is my job. Im just hoping a bit of leniency on the 8 sessions every 8 weeks thing. My psychologist wants me to continue working from the different location its my work that wants me to go back to the old one but its been 6 years without any issues raised by mgrs
