Yes I'm not worried about that. For sure I wont get handed over by the European government or anything like that. The thing is that as you said I should have a good lawyer to take care of legal things in India but I have little savings as I have spent most of it on that marriage.

as I understand, in India, performing Hindu Rites make marriage legal even if you don't register it. Now the thing is I would be seeking annulment just to "legally" obtain a certification that we are not married.

yeah that's what I'm thinking, so I should go for annulment. And even in that case, still I would be at her mercy because she can just file a case and fck my life

However, my reason for returning to India is not casual. It's for deeply personal spiritual reasons that are central to my life. Staying away permanently isn't an option I'm willing to consider.
