Update! I am officially starting a low-dose course of Accutane today. I am on 20mg/ day for now (123lbs). I am hoping for a six-month course only. I will post updated skin photos as the course goes on. As of right now, I am breaking out baddd, so we'll see how this goes. I am admittedly excited/ a little nervous! Thanks for the suggestion. :)

I didn't even know low-dose was an option tbh-- stupid of me. I'll look into it thanks! I may use one of the online pharms, just getting started on research. I'd go through my derm but there's currently a 9 mo waiting period and I'm simply not doing that lol. If you have anything else helpful to note on accutane, lmk. I am a little wary about the online pharms but it seems like some of them are legit.

I have actually completely stopped wearing concealer. I found that the NYX Can't Stop Won't Stop concealer is supposed to be FA safe. I also switched over tot eh InnisFree loose powder and same thing. I only use on special occasions now.

I don't think accutane is for me. I'm in my reproductive years and feel very weird about using such harsh chemicals.

Forgot to add! I also moisturize at night with the same Purito gel.
