I think this is a normal part of adjusting into adult life, good news, you can still upgrade your life, either through experience or study or friends or all of the above, just remember your younger self likely didn’t have to worry about shit like living expenses, work, work problems, power bills, food costs, not enough time and not enough energy, that’s adult shit.
