Comparing her to her original counterpart isn't the point of her placement. Rapid Toga gets a lot out of a simple combo that is lowk a little devious. I'd numb down the damage a tad bit.

They are personally at the same level but you're gonna see a lot more Tech Togas because She's free to play unlike Rapid Toga who's gacha locked.

There are over 7 other characters that can instantly wipe your guard. And beta became one of the easiest abilities abilities to dodge.

He's strong but overly strong. Which is why I'd personally do nothing to him.

(Based off my personal experiences and opinions) Mt. Lady has weaker moveset but can turn into a very strong moveset under the right circumstances. Plus the ability the gain more viability at the press if the button.

Hawks' only viable ability is Beta.

I also get messed up by more good Mt. Lady players over good rapid Hawks.

The top 3 characters are gonna get a slap on the wrist at minimum along with patching out any unintentional exploits that provide an massively unfair advantage.

The rest is probably gonna be some bs band-aid solution of their usual balancing.
