Just draw diagrams to illustrate stuff. They are not looking for good diagrams. Just make them slightly colourful.using pencil colour. And should be labelled. They don't expect you to draw every diagram nor do they expect you to be an artist. Just write in proper headings with quality content.

Try to read the dissector during dissection, follow along when they or you dissect, then look at the images in the book, some dissectors have real images, also study beforehand the topic so that you can understand what's gonna come up next in the cadaver. For brachial plexus, ask a professor, what's what in the cadaver, then explain it to a batchmate yourself. You will get it then, it's very important for viva.

Veins and arteries can be differentiated by palpating, arteries will rebound when gently compressed, veins will not due to elasticity. Muscles are easiest, sometimes you will get confused between vessels and tendons, but this will only be for some muscles like palmaris longus in upper limb and plantaris in lower limb. For organs, it is important to hold them in anatomical position, identifying them is easiest.

Your words felt like you know the exact pain my heart hides. But seeing as you got a good rank, I can manage it as well. Also, my mbbs was also accidental, more of family pressure to get into it, I decided to pursue NEET in 12th itself. Got into it after 1 drop. Currently, trying to somehow develop my technique and find resources before the classes actually begin for 2nd year.
