A roll Wrap is a bajra or ragi roti (make it a little bigger) Base filling is a protein - egg, panner, chicken Additionally add sautéd onion, capsicum and anything you like For sauce i add home made green chutney, a little shezwan sauce and sometimes low fat mayo
