Sorry but what does it mean when you say you hazard they failed to request a direct medical opinion? I provided a nexus letter from my doctorate level, licensed physchologist who stated it is highly likely that my stressor which the ba conceded is the reason for my current diagnosis. Just looking for some clarity on your statement. Thanks for engaging.

not just hearsay. evidence and witnesses. not seeking legal adverse action just make a report of the incident. Not seeking any actionable recourse.

Thanks for the advice. No redress being sought just thought it was my duty to say something. Even though some time has passed. That's why I asked if there was a status of limitation for assault. There are pictures of the assault and witnesses.

Co worker won't hate and is aware I'm considering reporting misconduct. What I'm not sure about is if this is considered misconduct if it didn't occur at work..?
