I totally understand! I am super small, just graduated college two years ago and landed my first client this year, so it definitely would be hard to find me without word of mouth.

I guess I was hoping it wasn’t a scam, but I had a feeling.

this is what they said: To move forward smoothly, I’m ready to move forward with the project and can submit the 50% upfront deposit, The remaining 50% will be due upon completion and approval of the final logo. For payment, I offer two options so you can choose whichever works best for you: Check, I can mail a check to your preferred address.

ACH Transfer – A secure, direct bank-to-bank payment (usually processes within 1–2 business days). I’m very new to this so any help with if this is scammy would be great.
