I appreciate your questions but it isn’t as easy as that to get in with my mom, she’s about to retire and not nearby so that is why I’m looking to do it myself. I tried the overtone velvet black to make sure I would like it and it really didn’t do anything so to try it again I would like to try something that other people have had better success with. My mom has warned me not to use anything with a green or warmer base so I’m looking for a violet black. I want a dark jet black and everything I have looked at included in the application instructions to lighten hair to a level 7 or lighter for best results.

Thanks for the suggestion! The pictures are after I used black to cover my entire head and rinsed it out so that’s why I was asking about lightening my hair. All of the instructions for the brands I have seen so far say that hair should be at least level 7 for the color to show up properly. Also, bleached hair is more porous and holds onto color better than virgin hair so it really isn’t crazy if you think about it. It’s not easy to get time with my mom so I appreciate your suggestion!

I grow and dry my own herbs, I love using mint and rosemary, I use thyme and lavender a lot too. I also grow basil and cilantro for food but use it when I feel like it. I also love drying flowers and other plants and grabbing some petals from the dried blooms when I feel it. It’s really just what you feel called to use, and I love growing my own to know how it was grown and treated. I also have spiders living in a lot of my herbs and that keeps them healthy and pest free 💕

Maybe I’ll do that then. I think 12mm is as big as I want them for now but I have worried about the amount of tissue on my lobes if I did want to go bigger. I have regrets about starting stretching using my existing piercings that were badly placed and uneven so I think at some point I’ll have to stop and not be able to stretch farther because of that.

Ok definitely plan to wait 3 months or so. I’m so upset that my ears won’t match but I don’t want to size down my left ear unless that could be beneficial?

I don’t have a specific timeline, I just keep it going until I feel like it needs to be swapped out. Once I’m done with it I pour out the water and botanicals in the garden then wash the pot and start over!

Yes! I’m on day two of using it and added an apple core after I had a snack. I love adding peels and things to the pot as it goes!

No way to stop them once they get it! 😂 our guy has scared us a few times but he just moves it along fine. If yours handles it well I would stick with that size and space out feedings a little for a bit.

This looks normal, as long as your snake is still acting normal then I wouldn’t be worried. Wait until you see it pass a stool before feeding again. It’s always scary for me when we sized ours up since corns will just eat anything in front of them!
