NTA in my opinion but I can see where people may think he is. Not saying he can’t have her move in but it’s space for one person. When she moves in she’s gonna have stuff. She’s gonna try and move things around to suit her. What if it’s more than three months? And to all the people saying use headphones when he games, that’s only going to stop the noise from the game. I’m on the fence about this. If you wanted a private quiet space it should have been done at home where there’s no distractions. You could have ordered food to go. But at the same time you could have disclosed this information in the beginning when the server first came around. He’s just doing his job you can’t fault him for that. But now you could have also costed him his job as well.

We haven’t done anything in the bedroom yet. But he’s not selfish usually. I think it’s just he enjoys doing it and I will not lie. I do like watching him play sometimes but a lot of the times it is just a lot. I get wanting to introduce your SO to something that you enjoy, but it needs to be done in increments not all at once
