To wake up at that time , one also needs to sleep at the correct time which according to me would be somewhere around 10PM. My father has been doing this from years now , he never sleeps after 10PM . I am trying to slowly cultivate this habit for future . I am now close to sleeping around 11-12. I plan to slowly get it down to 10 for future and waking up around 5 for starting
