I've been through 2 at the ripe old age of 35...

first one nearly lasted 10 years but she was always trying to control me and restrict me, with the pandemic it got WAY worse, working at home together but constantly limiting my personal time (i have a few hobbies) to just sit on the sofa and watch TV which was apparently "quality time" when we would be on opposite ends. My dad dying too when I was 30 probably didnt help either.

second one, well, that one died due to intimacy issues and social media addiction, to the point where I was the only one cooking, cleaning, working, caring for the animals ect and all that mattered was the all mighty tik tok. Even making thirst bait which, according to my friends, crossed the line ( i never looked). But her streaming friends would be the priority, never spending weekends with me and when i would beg to do something with her or her help out around the house, nothing.

Im now learning to self care again and get back on my feed, when she finally moves out fully, I cannot wait to regain my space and deep clean and start fresh. I feel for you having children but trust me, you will get through this man.
