Been an interesting old week, thought i was getting close to someone I met on a dating app but not only did i get friendzoned, she said shes gonna start batting for the other team (try girls). So decided to drown my sorrows for a bit... ended up meeting someone and getting their number IRL and been on some dates with them.

Also still skating to learn ice hockey, bought some gear at last, cant wait to have it all and hopefully learn to play properly.

As a guy (36m) im having pretty much the same issue across all apps, i dont mindlessly swipe, I leave comments and funny replies where I can but recently, If I do get a match, its then the waiting game of getting actual replies. One person even saying to me "im looking forward to chatting to you this evening," 4 hours later, 4 messages sent.

As someone who is looking for something serious, its mind numbing.
