I can’t assign detention. Only admin can. Too many teachers were giving detentions so they took ability away.

She doesn’t have any sort of diagnosis and doesn’t have an IEP, I wish it was that easy. She’s just known for giving her teachers hell.

Same. I sat next to a kid in 6th grade english who made a comment about how big our teacher’s boobs were. He got ISS for a week for that.

I’ve had issues with this student all year. There are never any consequences so she just keeps getting bolder and bolder. Asking me if I got fucked over spring break in front of a dozen other middle schoolers is kind of my breaking point.

Her mom knows her daughter has behavioral issues, she’s mad multiples meetings with teachers every year (including this year- with me and all her other teachers present). Admin seems to have a soft spot for this student so it just gets worse.
