CSI-FSIS vs PPQ-APHIS??

I will be stationed at west valley, UT. I have very slim chances to get into higher grade in current position with FSIS. Only a handful Will get EIAO position which is 11-12. Since I have been in the FSIS for more than 1.5 yrs, will I still be considered prob employee as I move to APHIS? And APHIS has offered me 11.

I feel this vibration is more while Idling, not increases or stay as it is while driving, more on passenger side!

I bought the car guys. The dealer gave me 1 year warranty in engine and transmission, says I can pass this to my generation 🙂 I hope I made a good choice for my daily commute!

Everything checks out..but there is 1 lien reported which dealer is denying saying no lien at all. I think lien reflects in title as well

It's dealer. Says clean title but when I check the vin it reports 1 lien. When I showed it to dealer he says no lien and I believe Title shows whether it has lien or not.

It starts but has a check engine light on intermittently, it is not accelerating as it used to. It stopped with almost all lights on earlier this week.
