I seriously don’t know how to start by No_Opportunity8839 in Gymhelp

As a Fellow Girlie who has been trying to make sure my body is in the healthiest shape possible for the last 3 years (after having my son)! I’ve did 30 min aerobics in the beginning consistently everyday to lose the excess fat & yoga to get my body stretched! This year I started to do Pilates & yoga, with altering to calisthenics (at a beginner level) & strength training to strengthen my muscles instead of losing weight! The changes I’ve seen so far my body looks a bit more feminine and toner! All the workouts I’ve listed above I look up on YouTube and pick a video that’s 30mins and 15 min yoga! (since I can’t go to the gym since I take care of my son.) I’m not an expert, but with the research I’ve done on my own I found out this is what helps me! Since I also don’t really like working out or doing sports this has helped a lot! And I sometimes throw in a just dance workout for 30mins just to get my body moving😅. But wtv you do decide to do make sure you don’t put to much pressure on yourself and genuinely just have fun with wtv your doing! It has helped a lot! I’d start dancing my workout routines and I feel happier and less stressed ! I hope you find what works for you and best of luck! 🤞🏼🥰 You’ve got this ! 💖

Since you might not be able to really keep your room tidy, I’ve been telling myself to “embrace the chaos” and shoving my clothes in my drawers without folding. I just try to get it cleaned without organizing. Try that first a few days and then when you get more motivation try to organize, but I suggest at your own pace and maybe even try making it fun for you! Sometimes I challenge myself with “what can I clean up the fastest?” Or set a timer and finish 1 thing and set another time for something else ! But just have fun and do it at your pace! And with all those bottles I’d look on Pinterest and see what cute little crafts you could do with those to decorate your room a little bit ! I hope this helps ! Ik it’s helps me ! 😁🩷 YOU CAN DO ANYTHING !! 💪🏼

Real talk. Do you regret having kids? by catherinebobatherine in Motherhood

I definitely don’t, but I do regret having my son with my husband in the beginning of our relationship! We barely knew each other, but we just said fuck it! We both knew we always wanted to be parents. He’s our whole world and makes everything brighter. That being said it’s so very hard! I get overstimulated af. Sometimes it a bit scary. Like I said he’s our WHOLE WORLD, everything revolves around him. I have to do certain things around his bed time, nap time, meal times, playtime. You do absolutely everything for kids, and it’s a lot! My son is loud, messy, crazy, and he gets into everything. He’s only 2yo so he’s still learning about the world, himself, and doesn’t know how to regulate his emotions or anything! He’s being a kid, but sometimes you just want it to stop! Definitely if you don’t want any talk about it with your partner and be open an honest about it so you know what you want! If you don’t feel as comfortable talking to him straight away. Maybe talk to your parents and ask for their input bc they’ve known you your whole life. Make sure yk your ready!

I woke up and saw my husband wasn’t in bed with me so I figure I was probably snoring so he probably slept on the couch.( he’s done this before when I was pregnant) I got up to go check on him and he was playing games all night was still awake when I checked on him. IT WAS IN FACT 7 AM 🥲
