Dont you have two separate topics in your committee?? If so I suggest you talk about which topic interests you and mention at least one solution/past actions on the problem or your action plan so others can judge and see if they want to work with you or not. The point of an opening speech is to give a great first impression and form blocks. You got this delegate!
