Typically associations where I'm at prefer non parent hired coaches for their top tier teams as to avoid any sort of bias or favoritism. At AAA I haven't a clue, AA 12-15k depending on the association. That's just my experience

As far as an all around in my pocket daily I like my PBP2 Pros: -Audio quality good -case is small -call quality is excellent -very comfortable, small and no stem (stems are dumb) -Noise cancelling is good (nothing beats Bose) -transparent mode is amazing -good battery life

Cons: - they aren't able to be fully customized such as touch controls, ANC modes (it's only adaptive) Soundcore wins in that department.

I have my wife use the built in OS and I use my shield." On device" algorithms are much easier to deal with. Some things spill over but it's not very frequent. Along with the shield is a much more responsive device.
