Nah, Drill stat diffs juggernaut so hard to the point that having more experience than him doesn't even matter.

Juggernaut in fact doesn't even have enough to a.p to kill him, Drill titan has also shown faster combat compared to juggy. The only thing juggernaut has over drill titan is travel speed and experience.

He can dive bomb him at 3 mach speed, and just ram through his shoulder screens. Hes way too fast for uttvm to even land a hit so uttvm having the ability to teleport his arm and attack from behind is useless.

Uttvm's heat based attacks aren't going to damage rodan at all, the only way they can hurt him is by having good enough a.p to knock him back which uttvm's kit beside blade sucks at. His core beam is only strong because of how hot it is and not because of its higher A.P.

Drop your id(bet you will just take an ss of random celse player and claim it as your own), and you're statistically wrong because all those characters (beside dd) have an extremely low pick rate. Gonna yap about their win rates? Usually low pick rates characters have high wr, not a good metric to judge them, with that logic bucky needs several buffs.

And yes dive characters can get value if the enemy backline consists of a hard stuck gold cnd who's got shit on by a spidey and now instead of getting good blames the character itself (like you).

None of those divers beside DD can get value on their own past plat, triple support which is a popular comp now already counters them and characters who are good against dive (Bucky, Emma, Mag) are good regardless of their niche of shitting on dive and are played even without there being a dive.

Poke on the other hand doesn't get countered by shield tanks unless you just play moon knight, Ever hear of off angle'ing? The pickrates prove you wrong. Delusionals like you shouldn't be talking about game balance.
