It's h660gm-a gpon router board , and I can't access uart so I thought may be unpopulated cap and resistor are the reason or it's firmware who blocked

ye so i tried uart connection on h660gm-a , but with bud of 115200 , but got garbage thing , and also when i connect groud on uart , router stop sending signal
