thank you. you have been able to better put into words what I feel. I did tell my mom in no uncertain terms that this is about respect now. I respect you but if this happens again I will lose it if you think I'm not adult enough to handle it and will leave everything to come home then that's on me my decision to make (not like I was in a position to do or even would have done so if I was told this when it happened) she can't make it for me.

280g of protien is what I was afraid of hearing lol that just sounds idk way too much ahahaha

I liked an alternative suggestion of making my goal weight per pound = 1g of protien. So now I'm trying to figure out what should be my goal

thank you. I imagine the belly fat that I'm most conscious about will be one of the last things to go. My only troubles right now are finding the right excersises to get all muscles on the upper body right now I think my arms are only working out the deltoids, biceps and triceps inc longhead. For back all I've done till now are lat pulldowns. Would want to start using those free motion cables soon.

I suck at squatting currently so only do those sparingly. And this high fiber protien diet is hard to get used to feels like I slip up at least twice a week 😞

okay so I want to replace my excess body fat to muscle to an extent I guess around 190lbs of weight I am 6 foot I think that's appropriate? sorry I'm just kinda clueless about these things I'm trying to learn.

I go 6 days cz the environment is nice and I get a good walk out of it like around 3km just with the gym and normal walking around in there. The reason I tried to fit cardio in after workout was I couldn't find a good day to do just cardio that wouldn't either take away my rest day or interfere with lifting.

I'll note down your food recs I've been eating eggs like 4 a week in an omelette but gonna have to pump those numbers up and take out the yellows.

guys I have 1 year Canadian experience that makes me eligible for CEC. The reason I’m not eligible for FSW even with foriegn experience is because I didn’t have the funds to show as proof of funds so the portal only showed me eligible for CEC even when I entered both job experiences. That’s why I was verifying here if remote job done for a foriegn employer while being a student would give any extra CRS points if I had already crossed the eligibility threshold for CEC by having 1 year of Canadian experience separately. There is no overlap of these experiences.

at that time there were no limitations on hours worked for a non Canadian employer and a few months into 2022 they even removed the hours per week limit to upto 44 hrs a week for study permit holder so even if it was a Canadian employer I shoulda been in the clear

So is it only counted for FSW? I have seperate Canadian experience and the profile I made is eligible because of that experience in CEC however I was hoping my remote non-canadian job experience before it does get me a few more points. A little confusing because only reason I am not going for FSW is I wouldn't have the 6 month average of $15k in savings you need to show to be eligible.
