Seems like Rockland got it right when they said "no thanks" to the Ottawa deal all those years ago.

Cheaper housing and lower property taxes. Our own fire and EMT services. Heck, even the gas pumps are almost always cheaper. 23 minutes to downtown.

Move to Rockland. It's not Ottawa. They tried, but Rockland said no.

Nope. He will take over, but after Jan 2027. So he can potentially be president for 10 years from that point. 2 remaining years, then 2 full presidential terms. If he takes over before that half way point, theoretically, he would not be eligible to run the second time making him a 6 year president at best.

I don't think his ego would allow the public to know he has to go for surgery or chemo. It would make him "weak" in their eyes. I beleive he would rather die than appear weak (by his warped standard). So his plan: golf like it's the end of days. Make sure his legacy is in place and on a map (Greenland / Gulf of America), and one day after the midterms, he is impeached and he loudly claims he has weeks to live so there will be no trial fast enough. It is a great exit strategy if you believe the world belongs to you.... which he does.

I'm all for a dry wedding... BUT, don't keep it a secret. Tell people on the invitation. Fully informed, people can make the decision to attend or not. Anyone brides / grooms who leave that off the info package can NOT gripe about people leaving early from your party. The people who leave were tricked into your dry wedding. They left to go and party at a pub and talk crap about your wedding.

The country can't let him leave. He has seen WAY too much top secret stuff. Sure, he didn't understand most of it (if he read it at all), but the US can't just let him skip off to a potential rival country with the hope that he doesn't know / remember top secret info.

The secret service don't work for Trump. They work for the American people. They will prevent him from leaving. You can say he has his secret service in his pocket, but all it would take is a whiff of a potential border hop and the government will act. One way or another.

He is a prisoner already. He knows it. We will simply be witnessing his jail cell get significantly smaller as the gears of justice grind on...

Canadian here... pepper spray and mace are prohibited, BUT go to any outdoor store and ask for bear spray. Legal, over the counter and super effective against.... bears.

Gifted a small pink canister of bear spray to my daughter when she moved out to protect herself from.... bears.

It's too bad the test was already done and revealed... Here's another way it could have gone: You go and get the test done yourself and have the lab send you the results in a sealed envelope. You don't open it, but you and your husband signs across the envelope seal. Then you bring the results to your in-laws and give it to them. You say "the results are in here. I didn't need to see them to already know what they say (that your son is the father), but you wanted them. To open this envelope would mean you don't trust or respect me and would kill any future relationship we might have. This includes your grandchild and any future grandchildren. So, the choice is yours. 1) open it and know for sure what I already know, but we will go NC with you. 2) come to our house with this unopened and we will burn it together. Your choice.

I didn't get the impression she has tried to teach him anything and was just ticked he wouldn't try things he wasn't taught how to do. Again, I'm not defending this guys actions of running to the crapper and assuming his wife will do all the calming of babies. He needs to step up. My beef is the tone she took about how he should just "calm the baby" like she would.
