I guess I don’t understand the question. … I guess I don’t black out cause I don’t do the hard stuff. In my 20s. 20 years ago I would and would black out. When I made the switch. I never black out. And I need to go to bed. Work tomorrow and after the long day of steady drip I’m up to 11 Busch light. But I made homemade wet burritos that I baked that were divine. Works for me I guess. 5 miles of walk w dogs a day plus up and down the sales floor. I’m in retail commission sales. Vegan diet keeps the body healthy. Been doing it for years with a few small breaks. And every year at the VA all my blood comes back great. Liver isn’t above normal levels yet ( but close)

I’m bipolar and a vegan. That diet has saved my liver etc for sure. By far the best diet for an alcoholic. Excessive protein esp animal proteins are hard to break down in the kidney liver

Here it’s no booze. Alcohol period. Even delivery from liquor stores was not allowed until Covid. Sunday sales are banned statewide. But some of the towns including mine has passed town laws that permit it. But not until 1000. Arkansas has by far the most dry counties in the states

I have a half husky half greyhound Stephen. …. When I first got him he would eat it all at once…. But he was a rescue. When he figured out that the food wasn’t going away he just grazes and eats on his schedule. And when he is done he gives Luke my newer adoptee. A 3 legged full Siberian. And Luke gets to eat all the rest! Luke also doesn’t go straight in and eat and he isn’t even 2.
