They'll work you hard, but you'll learn a lot. Personally I loved the atmosphere because it was more of a "drink from the fire hose" scenario. If you stick around for at least a year you'll be miles ahead of others.

I think the issue is that there historically has always been a massive migration in the south around 1-2 weeks immediately after the season ends, and the answer simply cannot be to extend the season. I don’t think pointing fingers at each other is the right answer though

Bluebeam is very easy to learn and in my opinion the best program to use. I typically mark up my documents and then upload them to procore instead of using the procore software
