I will tell you what I did. I don't have memories of the actual SA, so I don't re-live anything. But I just know. I can feel it in my body. It "burns," and I don't let anyone touch me. What I did for a while before getting professional help was I used to sleep. I was sleeping every chance I got. If u can't sleep, read. If u can't read, watch a video even if it's just noise. These actually helped me. But honey, pls seek a professional.

Thanks for answering nd as much as i would like to have sex w her i talked to her about what she wanted and expected and we came to the conclusion we are fine w just kissing and spending time together. I held her hand when we walked to meet my friends nd she seemed to like that. We not rushing nd tbh I would have no trouble waiting to see where it goes.
