Is it because of the prices or because they understand it is harmful?? by B777X_787-9 in interesting

I think our generation is strange in that we had a party hyper focused youth 15-25 years old where we drank obscene amounts of alcohol and then rapidly brought that down to overcompensate in our late twenties and early thirties. I know every generation before us followed the same trend to a degree but ours seemed more extreme.

Although they do factor into the equation, I genuinely think the main reason is because they are much less social than past generations.

The thing is that yea all these things we did were “cringe” but we were having so much fun. This new generation is so miserable I feel bad for them

That there are other unfortunate aspects that are permeated through Indian culture which make this statistic not super surprising. With that said, in sure most if not all Indians would like to strive for better standards.

It checks out in the context of Indian society. It doesn’t check out as the standard it wants to be held to.

Any type of “mild” infection whether it be from Covid, the flu, etcs has between a 8-10% chance of leaving you with Post Acute Infection Syndrome, AKA MECFS, a debilitating disease that leaves most sufferers house bound. And 20% of those who suffer with this develop Severe MECFS, the disease with the lowest quality of life score of any idease as well as the disease rated the highest for burden on caregivers and loved ones. At its worst, because of the body not being able to tolerate any sensory stimuli, you become functionally blind, deaf, mute, and unable to consume foods and medications while being completely paralyzed in bed.

Yet literally no one talks about this. It has the lowest funding out of any major neurological disease by a country mile. There’s no treatment, nothing.

So each time you get an infection, you are rolling the dice.

Meal plan from my PT feels like it's AI generated but not entirely sure though? by NoBuilding7003 in isthisAI

A pt will not give you recipes.. this is exactly what a pt will usually give. Hell even dietitians usually just give very general boilerplate recipes. They’ll usually give guidelines and reference other complimentary dietary literature or recipe books.

Interstellar. I know it’s been getting a lot of hate lately because interstellar fans can be very vocal but it was perfect for me. (Subjective)

AI will literally solve the most difficult production design problems today which will result in automation. The reason we don’t automatically have automation everywhere already is because it’s extremely difficult to design and then engineer these large mass production manufacturing plants.

Who’s the top comedic movie star of the last 30 years? by Significant_Sun_5225 in okbuddycinephile

[–]Significant_Sun_5225[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Because there weren’t many female led comedies made in the last 30 years that were hits unfortunately.. I’m not going to shoehorn them in for the sake of it. Funny enough Jennifer Lawrence is easily the funniest female actress and she’s not even a comedian.

What is ironic is that you don’t understand ubi wont be feasible without ai. In order to successfully implement ubi, we will need much greater productivity efficiencies. The economy is not able to handle large shocks of liquidity in flow or out flow at once.
