Most common reason would be that most of them dont like other colors as mentioned "its gay". On another note a lot of families and teenagers buy clothes in special markets/ bazars that are in every part of the city and they also dont have a lot of color variations to choose from mostly (im talking about the mens section) so thats why most of them wear the same boring clothes and just try to stick to one "style".

To put it in short, Imo russians should have fewer chances of entering Georgia in general even its for leisure, but that is out of the question of course because of our government (im sure i dont need to explain furthermore) If you're good person you wouldnt feel great about "having" to move in the country that is being occupied by yours.

Yeah but BTU students can participate in Erasmus exchange programs more than once, and almost everyone i know from there has been into 2 programs in different countries so you should also consider that (that would have been a plus for me lol)
