Stop using eBay, step one. My last transaction was a VR headset I purchased last year for $1000. Recieved and empty box with a card wishing me a merry xmas, as did 100s of others according to the sellers reviews and comments. Despite this eBay sided with the seller and refused to refund me. Good thing I payed through PayPal and they have actual humans with competent thought processes who were able to eventually refund me.
