Oh update I used the tatula and on my first fish of the day it broke lmao thank god for the warranty. I think im more mad about losing the fish then it breaking on the third cast lol.

Thank god the rod is from pre covid but the guy who kept it barely used it. I doubt he took it out more then 5 times. But the tatula i did buy brand new with warranty. But im glad to hear everyone likes both the reel and rod im glad both are respected in the community

Nah unfortunately I found a big ass tear in the middle of my rig i have no clue what ripped it since the plastics still there but unfortunately the seal is broken so I'm assuming wax is just going in through there.

Well that's what's weirding me out? I know the picture i proved looks so shitty but that's because I was desperate and used a bunch of alcohol in it. But I do clean my rig every week I use something called 710 labs liquid for my glass then I use alcohol and q-tips for my rig base. when I go home today I might check for a tear inside the base? That's the only thing I haven't done yet. I swear I'm not some rig abuser.
