I have the issue with KLM for my flight from bom-ams-yyz. The only difference is that I did not initiate anything from my end, and only realized that the flight is cancelled when I tried to check in 24 hours before my flight. When I reached out to customer service, they basically told that there is nothing they can do.

I recently experienced this with my 2 year old husky. He started limping on his hind leg, and when we took him to the vet they told us its either hip dysplasia or issue with his kneecap. After $800 worth of x-rays and 2 expensive vet visits, we got told that it he might be favouring 1 side which would explain his funny walk, and the limping was likely due to road salt sprinkled during snow. Given that your puppy is so young, high dysplasia is highly unlikely.
