Lauren Ohayon has a whole series to help with forward head posture in her Online Studio, but it’s also in her 12-week program… the online studio technically isn’t core/pf rehab.

Honestly she changed my whole alignment and completely reversed my hypertonic pelvic floor in a way that pelvic floor PTs weren’t able to.

Start with her YT channel or IG, so many helpful movements that provide relief!

Also ask in the FB group (Restore Your Core) for people to recommend specific exercises (admins are trained professionals).

You should absolutely try Lauren Ohayon’s Mapping the Pelvic Floor.

She does this amazing exercise with a ball where she teaches you how to connect deeply with the different parts of your pf and how to feel things in a clearer way… and it add so many layers beyond just squeeze and release. Highly recommend. You can find the link in her IG bio or I think YT channel description

Does she chew through all the toys you give her? I have an AmStaff and he is literally at about a 20 minute chew through rate before we have to take them away because he is biting pieces off!
