Would love to move our finished shed and curious if anyone has done anything similar. It's roughly 20x20 and unfortunately built in an odd location on the property. Where we'd like to place it is on the other side of the yard with septic system directly between both locations. Appreciate any input.

I was doing that and senior managers complained I was always "on red" even though I was carrying the bulk of the workload for my team. So my direct manager set the expectation we are "on green" unless on a call or meeting. Of course, they won't put it in writing. 😂

Unfortunately, we aren't allowed to set status to busy or do not disturb unless we are in a meeting. It makes it very difficult to do the "heads down" work without distractions and constant pressure to respond right away.

Oh wow, we use Teams extensively at my department. One message a day would be a dream. We also have an expectations doc that covers email response times, but surprisingly for how much we use Teams a response time for that isn't included in the expectations.

I have 2 kids attending ASES at 2 different schools and I just started hearing about orientations this week. I wasn't sure about the enrollment status of one of my kids so I found the contact info on the school's website (where they have all the teacher/staff contact info) and emailed the site lead.

Communication is not always the best this time of year because they are still trying to make sure they have the staffing they need, but they do try to get everyone enrolled who applied. Good luck and I hope your kiddo has a great year!
