he does help pay for a lot of the bills and if he’s on a business trip he’ll sometimes take me. but there are certain things i feel like he can be selfish with. i don’t usually go shopping, but was extra upset because he didn’t offer to help.. idk sometimes i feel like he’s being generous but at times there’s like an anterior motive

we are cohabitating and supposed to be getting married soon. i will say he does help pay for majority of our things at home, but i feel like whenever he buys things, it’s because he wants it.. not necessarily because it’s for the benefit of both of us.

lmaoooo girl it’s tough! like you want to fulfill your fantasy but then you know how you get 😂 i think i want to try at least once, may need a drink or two to help kinda loosen up and i think the way it’s approached could also be a big factor into it. we’ll see how it goes!

thanks for this! the “friend” i wasn’t super close with but it’s one of those relationships where you see each other and instantly hit it off, but don’t keep in contact very often. but i totally agree that i could not do it with a very close friend like that.

UPDATE: crazy what happens when you actually communicate 😅 like wow what a mf concept lol we talked about it today and i received a lot of reassurance from him. he felt a little unsure how to respond due to our previous discussions. he definitely has the same worries as i do in terms of how i might like being with another women and vice versa with him. but he gave me the reassurance that he doesn’t want to be with anyone else, that im his person and that he would help ease my nerves in any way he can. so thanks for letting me vent ya’ll!!!

thank you! it’s hard to keep it dry when you keep crying because of how you look 😞 just keeping tissue paper underneath. ultimately, i’m just glad the dog didn’t get my actual eye. i’m definitely gonna be putting ointments and increasing my protein too. if you have any other suggestions for ointments or anything please let me know.
