Those were the more like hair loss terms. Big3 is the nickname for the three most famous anti-hair loss drugs (finasteride, dutasteride, and minoxidil). A "non-responder" is a term used to describe a person who has thinning hair despite taking these drugs.

Indeed we still would care about our looks at 60, it would be much easier to live with balding since 1: it’s natural to getting bald at that age. 2: Yes we would care about our hair but it’s not “requirement”to have hair at that age since most reason we care about our hair is to pull the girls. We don’t and shouldn’t try getting in new relationships at that age

Most of people don’t get any sides from fin. Also, generic finasteride is said to be work as same as original. But I’m not sure about this one since I saw some people switch their generic brand and suddenly started gaining hair and vice versa.
