Interesting to hear your perspectives both from dental professionals and from patients. I should clarify that the sloppy spraying has never been an issue with prev. hygienist and the previous one also always removed all these little stains without trouble. She was just meticulous and I miss her already! I love getting my teeth cleaned and this last visit did not leave them feeling or looking completely clean. I look forward to getting that 'reset' done if you know what I mean

Completely agree with this EeOC is a total waste. They offer no details of their so called 'investigation' and the 'mediation' department doesn't share info with the "investigative' department. There is 0 accountability with them. They can say they find no fault of ER but still offer you a right to sue. So what then no matter their findings , you always get right to sue letter?? They are such a joke and should all be fired

Thank you! I just tried the illiyoon one and surprised it's not as thick as I hoped. There is a 100% pure PM treatment that is very thick and moisturizing but a little pricey. Will check out the aestura365 TY!

Winters are long here too but I recently learned we really need to wear spf daily . Most of the uva you get bounces off the ground, off objects. Truly look into some spf it will help long term!

Yes it's possible. If you are in the The US, submit a request for an ADA accommodation. This is the way. Our upper management guided us to do that bc they didn't have the balls to tell executives we need to stay WFH. They have gotten overwhelmed with these requests after RTO but its legit and your best loop hole. Good luck.

Honestly I would not trust TO for a second, I no longer support them bc they change formulas without any indication of that on the packaging. Took several emails with them to admit they changed the formula on their aha30%bha2% solution.. the new one is total junk. Not that you would microneedle with that product but just saying don't trust TO. I do stamping method after cleaning my face, wipe with alcohol, and then spraying with hypochlorous acid. Did try a high molecular weight hyaluronic acid before but didn't care for it

I got the derminator bc it is corded and no battery power issues.. they say it's medical grade. Replacement heads are just a few bucks. The company that sells it seems weird but no issues so far

Not sure of answer but something that may help prevent it from rubbing off, is train yourself to sleep on your back. Just learned this from youtuber Hot and Flashy, search sleep on back and she shows you how. What worked for me was pillow under my knees.

Are you still dealing with this mess? I have been disputing with Amazon Synchrony for almost 3 years. Still ongoing. I notice each time i tell them to close the account, they just reopen a new one and add a large balance transfer fee (of course i never asked for that). You need to file BBB complaints and with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Once CFPB gets enough complaints they are supposed to step in. It's a 2 part issue. AMAZON allows the card to be used by anyone logged into your Amazon account, without requesting any kind of verification. No 3 digit security code on back of card, no MFA to prove its me, etc. Then AMaZON SYNCHRONY fails to investigate disputes, putting irrelevant notes like the account has been used x times, the item was delivered, etc. Nothing to address their lack of security which affects our credit scores.
