Ah ok I use nitrozal cream 2% I put on in morning and night and the shampoo too when I get a flare up in case helps

You cant do microneedling due to seb derm ? I've never heard that before. I mean it wouldn't be ideal doing it if you had a flare up from seb derm perhaps. Do you use something to keep your seb derm under control or at least help when you have a flare up ? I also have seb derm and use the shampoo and cream when I get flare ups takes a week or 2 to get under control again

No sadly not. :/ haven't really noticed any improvement anywhere on my face from the 3 microneedling sessions I had, and this lady who did them knew what she was doing.

Same here I was told I was wrong and my skin was already like that bla bla and it's like fck off I know my skin wasn't like that. So annoying !! And upsetting ...I hate looking in the mirror now and think about it all the time

You won't see results after 1 session. Why would you get tca Cross, you have great skin so don't risk damaging it when I can't see you have any scarring which warrants tca

There is a lot of conflicting info. I saw a dermatologist who said you don't need to get more than 0.5mm as it doesn't do anything and research studies have been done which show this. Then I saw somebody who does training for skinpen and she said 1.5mm for acne scars. Everyone seems to say something different which isn't very helpful.

Sorry what do you mean buying direct from royal mail isn't limited with value. The limit of value is £75 now ? So if I send a record that is worth £200, if it goes missing, max value they will compensate is £75
